특허신탁에서의 법적 쟁점에 관한 연구

Lately, patent trust system is used more and more. Many law professors have focused on patent trust system in Korea. But There are few review on a legal study on patent trust. So I think it is very necessary to focus on a legal study on patent trust. This article includes three legal problems on patent trust. The first legal problem is how to registrate patent trust, the second one is which cases violate fiduciary duties, and the third one is wether a patent trustee claims for damages in infringing a patent right. I expect more studying on any legal problems on patent trust.
