Recently, there has been rapid increase in the number of registration and violation of Intellectual Property Right(IPR) in China. Korea should grasp the actual state of IPR protection in China because China is the country that pirated upon IPR of the Korea exceedingly. In the field of intellectual property by limiting the scope of protection of the trademark infringement and simply look for the type of foreign companies and Chinese companies have been a problem between the trademark infringement issues in addition to the determination of infringement as a remedy for this claim Looked up to.
