CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This thesis begins under the aim to reflect the concernments on businesses' distribution activities with emphases layed recently and to examine what is a factor of concluding the conditions of position in businesses' developing distribution centers. (2) RESEARCH METHOD For the purpose of drawing out the factors of important conditions of position in businesses' developing distribution centers, this thesis performed literary researches through existing theses and books related to them. This thesis performed a questionnaire inquiry to those who engage in the businesses and related public servants to look into realistic validity on drawn factors through the literary researches. By performing the inquiry, this thesis will enhance realistic validity on developing distribution centers. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS As as result of this research, it is necessary to have a lot of concernments offer a lot of information and to construct the system in order to take developmental gains sufficiently. In addition, it is necessary to make up for related laws and systems and carry out activating distribution complex development. 2. RESULTS This thesis, by examining a factor of concluding the conditions of position in developing distribution centers, will help businesses, which intend to operate distribution centers, reduce expenses for distribution activities and conclude optimum positions
