This article is schemed to suggest the design reformation plan of bike lane and storage facilities as public space design which could make possible to easy reach and use for all by analyzing the problem factors and guideline, and provide theoretical data and definite analysis materials to explore the public space design, which is impartial and being convenience for everyone, development, education, and publicity in the future. Main scopes and contents of this article are formed with a theoretical consideration of public space design, analysis of problem factors on bike lane and storage facilities and related guideline, and the design reformation plan. The main method of this article is to contemplate and analyze the data from Internet D/B in domestic and abroad, and variety of literatures including thesis, books, periodicals and the other publications. As the result of this analysis and contemplation, the necessity of design reformation plan which would lead a coherent image and make balance with surrounding environment was deducted to improve public space design including bike lane and storage facility utilized by all citizens with easy access and use. The design reformation plan of bike lane and storage facility by analyzing some problem factors is divided greatly with some sorts; as geographical features, materials, stone, pattern & color, sign board, traffic lights, and arrangement and management of storage facilities. This design reformation plan was focused to make all the people who pedestrians, bike commuters, and drivers comfortable and pleasant in the public space based on those synthesize elements by design reformation plan.
