구스타프 클림트 회화를 응용한 아트 메이크업 디자인

This paper is a qualitative research to express an art makeup work on the basis of these things after studying the aesthetic characteristics expressed on the paintings of Gustav Klimt, a symbolistic artist in the 19th century. The research results are as follows. This study analyzed them after roughly dividing the aesthetic characteristics of Klimt paintings into 4 categories, namely, Sensualism, Symbolism,Naturalism and Ornamentalism. Sensualism means the thing that various human psychologies are expressed by women's erotism. Symbolism means what gives mysterious suggestion more different meaning through emblematization, not actual realistic expression. Also, Naturalism means what expresses the internal life force focusing on the nature of the shapes hidden behind visible external shapes by attempting the various shapes on the natural phenomena in the landscape paintings. Ornamentalism has the characteristics, as the target, which is the unique painting form to combine showy colors with rich decorations. This study produced 4 art makeup works based on stereoscopic form, various colors, materials by the basic formative elements of the works on the basis of the aesthetic characteristics analyzed above to create the works. This study demonstrated the feasibility whether the beauty industry is able to approach more to large synthetic art by directly expressing it on the upper part of the body, not on a canvas after grafting paintings onto art makeup among several materials. Accordingly, we hope that Makeup will be able to play a part in becoming one of the artistic fields, not being limited as the category of the beauty industry, and that it will be able to play a part in making persistent studies of art makeup.
