고객기업의 정보시스템부서 역량이 IT아웃소싱 성과와 신뢰에 미치는 영향

Growing to IT outsourcing, the role and functions of the department of information systems is changing. The objectives of this study, Feeny & Willcocks(1998) proposed the 9 kinds of information systems department capabilities that was included in changing its role and function, analyze the impact on IT outsourcing performance and trust. The empirical results of the information systems department, 9 kinds of capabilities monitoring the outsourcing contract, outsourcing contract facilitation, vendor development, relationship building, IS/IT governance ware affected significantly IT outsourcing performance respectively. But business systems thinking and designing technical architecture capabilities ware not influenced the IT outsourcing performance. 9 kinds of capabilities contract facilitation, outsourcing contract monitoring, vendor development, relationship building have significant effects to trust. But IS/IT governance, business systems thinking, designing technical architecture capabilities were not affected in trust. Finally, trust was founded to be significantly affected in IT outsourcing performance. The contributions of this study, proposed the Client Firm's information systems department capabilities in order to play a leading role to perform specific functions in IT outsourcing relationship.
