This study tries to test how firm's character, organizational culture and organizational system affect export market orientation in order to find out what the antecedent factors of export market orientation are in Korean venture firms exporting to BIICs markets. Additionally author tries to find out relationship between export market orientation and export performance. The result of research shows that export experience, entrepreneurial orientation,cross-department cooperation, export commitment, reward systems have a statical significance on market orientation. Also, this study shows a significant relationship between export market orientation and performance in export firms.
Abstract
