Changes in Trade Patterns of Non-OECD Eastern European Countries

This paper aims to analyze how comparative advantage of Non-OECD Eastern European countries (i. e., Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Russia, Slovenia and Ukraine) changed over time for the period of 2002~2007. For this purpose,changes in comparative advantage of Non-OECD Eastern European countries will be analyzed for the manufacturing industry by using RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) index. In addition to this, RCA determinants of Non-OECD Eastern European Countries in the manufacturing sector will be found.
