스마트폰 관련 규제정책이슈 연구

In this study, we examined the government policy's aspects of smartphone with law and regulation was assumed that a lot of influence on smartphone. Thus, a regulatory policy issue of smartphone, as internet real name system, game pre-examining system, location-based service, mobile payment, were studied intensively. In conclusion, smartphones enabling policies will increase demand for related industry and services. In addition, it will play a major role to continue the secure national competitiveness through by maintained the image of IT powerhouse and increasing the industrial efficiency and personal satisfaction. Thus, further research, the ongoing policy issues related to smart phones, is required.
