중국 전자상거래에서의 소비자 개인정보보호에 관한 연구

A Study on the Protection of Consumer Privacy in Chinese E-Commerce

초록

Recently, with the coming of information society based on information and communication technologies, the E-commerce in China rapidly developed, enriched and made the live of human beings convenient in virtual space which breaks the barrier of space and time. On the contrary, it also brought all kinds of violation of privacy. Nowadays, a handful of local governments in China recognized the importance in maintaining legal and institutional systems to compose special regulations relate to the protection of personal information applied to some sectors. However, there still lack of a special and completing law that could cover the whole China. Therefore, in this study, by the examination of China's personal information protection legislation status, we reveals the existing problems and also suggested that composing special and completing regulations and establishing independent supervisory institution with powerful authority and position to guarantee the effectiveness of integrated law and promoting the activation of China's E-commerce. In conclusion, it is essential to take some promotion measures for the protection of personal information in accordance with the orientation of global legal concerning the regulations and principles of the protection of personal information in China.

Abstract
