게임벤처기업의 국제화 과정과 성과: 흡수능력의 역할을 중심으로

Within the framework of international entrepreneurship, there has been less efforts on distinguishing the drivers between early internationalization and internationalization performance. Based on the previous literatures, I reviewed the internationalization process of international new venture(INV) focusing on firm-specific factors and entrepreneurship factors. I also conducted exploratory qualitative research in order to reorganize the firm-specific and entrepreneurship factors of internationalization process and performance in game industry. According to case analysis, I suggested that the inconsistent results of firm-specific and entrepreneurship factors on INV's internationalization process might come from the less consideration of absorptive capacity. Following Zahra and George(2002), I suggested the moderation effects of absorptive capacity on the firm-specific and entrepreneurship factors on INV's internationalization process and performance.
