부동산 개발금융 참여자간 관계구조에 관한 연구 - 시공사와 재무적 투자자와의 관계구조를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence factors and outcome between constructor and financial investor by reviewing relationship structure under the assumption that financing is the key factor in real estate development structure. Survey data is used to examine whether certain relationship factor has an influence on reliability level and reliability's influence on increasing satisfaction level. As for the analysis technique used in the research, relationship structure's factor analysis and main component analysis technique were used to examine reliability analysis, SPSS 16.0 for statistical treatment, and AMOS 16.0 for structural equation. The hypothesis test has found that each relationship factor has significant influence on reliability level, and reliability, the parameter, has significant influence on satisfaction level.
