초록
The theory of justice carries out a role to provide the normative foundation of critical social theory. It has concerned mainly the problem of distributive justice among the citizens of national states until recently. But rapid globalization gives radical challenges to the contents(what), subjects(who), and methods(how) of justice. Concerning the problem of the contents of justice, this thesis argues for the necessity of multi-dimensional theory of justice. For this, firstly, I introduced Nancy Fraser's three dimensional theory of justice(redistribution, recognition, representation), and examined it critically. Secondly, I supplemented her theory of justice to provide the adequate multi-dimensional theory for our society. This work can contribute to building a democratic solidarity between the different movements to realize social justice in our society.
