산업연관표를 활용한 국내 OLED 조명산업의 경제적 파급효과 및 연관효과에 관한 연구
A Study on the OLED Lighting Industry's Effects on Korean Economy using Input-Output Tables

온실가스 배출 감소를 위한 친환경 조명 개발 및 에너지난으로 인한 에너지 절약형 고효율 신광원 개발이 요구되고, 조명산업의 트렌드가 생활조명에서 감성조명으로 변화하면서 소비자의 조명에 대한 요구가 다양해지고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구와 사회적 트렌드에 의해 개발된 OLED 조명은 기존 조명을 대체할 차세대 광원으로 주목받고 있으며, 국가경제에서 차지하는 비중과 영향력이 크게 증가할 것이다. 그러나 이러한 가치에 대해 정성적인 기대효과만을 제시하고 있을 뿐, 정량적인 분석결과는 전무한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정량적으로 분석하기 위하여 전문가 설문조사를 통해 국내 OLED 조명산업 전망치를 추정하였으며, 산업연관분석을 통해 OLED 조명산업의 경제적 파급효과와 연관효과를 도출하고자 하였다. 연구결과 국내 OLED 조명산업은 2011년 981억원에서 2020년 8,387억원에 이르러 연평균 약 27%의 높은 성장률 보이며 전체 조명시장의 약 24%를 차지할 것으로 전망하였다. 산업연관분석을 통해 OLED 조명산업의 경제적 파급효과를 도출한 결과, 2011∼2020년까지 총생산유발액은 약 9.2조원, 총부가가치유발액은 약 2.8조원, 총고용유발인원은 약 39,000명에 이를 것으로 전망하였다. 또한, 생산유발계수표를 통해 OLED 조명 연관산업의 전후방연쇄효과를 도출한 결과, 감응도 계수는 다소 하락하였으나, 영향력 계수는 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있었다. 이는 기존의 조명기술의 한계로 인해 적용 및 응용분야가 한정적이었으나, OLED 조명산업의 성장과 더불어 파급분야가 의료 및 자동차, 농업, 환경 등의 다양한 분야로 확대 및 적용되면서 전방연쇄효과는 상승할 것이다. 이러한 OLED 조명산업의 경제적 효과를 통해 조명산업의 활용이 국민경제 활성화에 가져올 경제적 영향력을 제시하고 향후 조명산업 정책 수립 및 실행에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.
Abstract
OLED lighting which is developed by demand of the age and social trend is gaining attention as next generation light source which will substitute previous lighting, and its weight and influence occupying the national economy will greatly increase. Therefore, the study forecasted domestic OLED lighting industry through professional survey investigation to perform quantitative analysis, and through industry connected analysis, it intended to deduct the effect associated with OLED lighting and economic impact. As a result, it was forecasted that domestic OLED lighting industry will reach 98.1 billion won in 2011 to 838.7 billion Won in 2020, showing a high growth rate of annual average of about 27%, and occupying about 24% of the total lighting market. As a result of deducting the forward and backward linkage effect of OLED lighting industry through the production inducement coefficients chart, index of the sensitivity of dispersion showed somewhat decreasing trend. Also, as a result of deducting economic impact of OLED lighting industry through industry linkage analysis, the total amount of production inducement of 2011∼2020 was forecasted as about 9.2 trillion Won, the total value-added inducement amount as about 2.8 trillion Won, and the total employment inducement as about 39,000 people. Through such economic effect of OLED lighting industry, the study intends to propose the economic effect which will be brought to the revitalization of the people’s economy, and in the future, to provide basic data for establishing and executing policies for the lighting industry.
