지방자치단체의 디자인 행정조직 특성 및 구성방향 연구 - 충청남도 디자인 조직을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this research is to verify the characteristics of design policies and organizations of related ministry of government and to deduce the directions of design administrative organization in Chungcheongnam-do. We surveyed the several references and research results and analyzed the title name of 'Do' organizations. And we had a questionnaire on the proper urban and public design policy and organization in local governments. The results of this study are as follows ;First, there are overlapping of business areas in design in the ministry of government, and local governments have difficulties to match their projects and policies with the ministry of government. Second, we found that 'City' has more active organization than 'Do' and 'Gun'. Third, the installation ratio of design organization in Chungcheongnam-do is low, and the officers in charge of design business in local government suggest the inconsistence of department location in organization and have difficulties communicate with design business related department.. As a result, design administrative organization of Chungcheongnam-do need to correspond to various type of central ministries, and suggests organization which is 'expert-administration compromise' type that can support professionalism in design and have good negotiation skills with related departments.
