로스쿨의 형사법교육과 변호사시험 소고(小考)

In this short essay is treated criminal law education in school of law and bar exam. The main purpose of this short essay is to suggest what and how do we educate criminal law in school of law and examine bar examination next year. I think that not only basic practice but also theory on error related to justification is necessary in criminal law education of law school. And I think that we should examine bar exam very easy. Because three year for law education wouldn't be sufficient to attain the basic quality as a legal expert. The contents of this essay is as follows. Ⅰ. Problem Ⅱ.
