공공도서관의 학습조직화 수준이 구성원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

The purposes of this study were to examine how learning organization readiness affects organizational commitment in public libraries and suggest how learning organization readiness and organizational commitment can be improved in public libraries. For this study, the survey was conducted from April 20, 2010 to May 6, 2010. 560 pieces of the questionnaire were distributed to public libraries located in Seoul, Gyeongi-Do, and Incheon. 550 pieces were finally collected and 4 out of them was excluded for data analysis due to their incompleteness. The results of this study were as follows: First, the factor structure of learning organization readiness consists of (1) Strategical leadership aligned with organizational environment, (2) Interaction and collaboration among organizational members, (3) Organizational system for improving performance, and (4) Learning support for employees. Second, learning organizational readiness factors such as (1), (2), (3) have significant effects on the degree of affective commitment, while factor (1) and factor (3) have a significant effect on the degree of normative commitment. Factor (4) only has a significant effect on the degree of continuance commitment.
