대학 성인학습자의 학습저해 요소와 학습저해 해소 방법에 대한 개념 연결망 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate what were the adult learners' factors inhibiting learning participation in higher education and how did they resolve the inhibitors. For this purpose, researchers collected qualitative data from 12 interviewees who were participating in higher education course. We analyzed qualitative data based on content analysis and social networks analysis. Especially we used concept networks analysis which was used for analyzing qualitative data in the area of social networks analysis. Qualtitative data were analyzed by UNICET 6.0. The analyses of data showed that followings: 1) There were 5 communities and which were about factors about inhibiting learning of adult learners in higher education. 2) There were 6 communities and which were about factors about resolving the inhibiting factors. 3) The cultural context such as strange culture of higher education, the language used in class and so on was related with the inhibiting and resolving factors. 4) Social networks and relationships with peer learners were important factors for adult learners' persisting learning in higher education. Based on these results, suggestions and limitations of this research were discussed.
