액션러닝을 활용한 학교컨설팅 사례 연구

School consulting is an activity that special experts inside or outside education system help solve educational tasks or problems for developing self-motivated energy of school and improving quality of school education when school or members of school asked for help. School consulting consists of three parts; diagnosis, solution thinking and selection, and practice. In numerous instances, process of school consulting is leaded by school consultants. However, In action learning, participants make teams and play active roles to solve their problems. This study is a kind of case study for introducing an action learning as a methodology and it gives an example of school consulting done by an action learning. This action learning school consulting was done at A high school in Gyonggi-do. 3 members with one learning coach made a team. They selected and clarified problems, analyzed the causes of the problems, drew and examined hypotheses, searched and applied solutions, and at last solved problems. This case study suggests that for practicing school consulting in an action learning style, the principal's will and support be absolutely needed and training learning coaches who will lead learning teams-the core of problem solving be necessary as well.
