The purpose of this study presents the forecast model of housing sales guarantee risk. For this purpose, we employ 200 data which Korea Housing Guarantee Co., Ltd manages and analyze empirically, using business characteristic, housing market characteristic, regional characteristic. As a result, financial difficulty, housing market and regional characteristics have influence on the risk of housing guarantee. This research will be able to forecast the accident risk in advance and prevent the damage of the Guarantee Co., Ltd and housing consumer.
