This research analysed drama location as a new famous thematic place. Baker King Kim Tak-Gu was popular drama in korea 2010 middle and selected the focused case study. Because this drama was closely connected the visitor attraction of drama location. This paper aims to find the factor of visitor attraction and effect analysis between visitor factor and revisit intention. This research was progressed by phased stage. First, this paper drew attraction factors of the story-derivative revisitable place related by storytelling and space. Second, this paper suggested the effect analysis on visitor attraction factor of story derivative revisitable place to intention using the multiple linear regression analysis. Drama fan was deeply moved the emotion of the drama again by visit the location. they memorize the nostalgia of drama and their life with their family.Drama location is a kind of theme park and tourism destination, pre-planning drama location has closely implications to architecture, urban planning and regional development as a ways and means.
