In the present commercial law, (ⅰ) non-voting shares are not exist as a separate class of shares; only when preference shares relating to profit distributions were issued could the Articles of Incorporation determine that their shares were non-voting. (ⅱ) Shares were either voting or non-voting; there was no share with limited voting rights. (ⅲ) The right of conversion of convertible shares is only in the shareholder of convertible shares. But, according to the 2012 commercial law, (ⅰ) corporations may issue shares which differ in relation to the matters on which the shareholders can vote. there can be shares with no votes at all, as well as shares with a vote only on certain matters. (ⅱ) corporations may issue non-voting common shares. (ⅲ) corporations may issue redeemable common shares. (ⅳ) shares may be made convertible at the option of the shareholder of classes of shares of convertibility
