761 전략적 자원과 성과측정치의 상호작용이 기업성과에 미치는 영향

초록
본 연구는 기존의 연구들이 전략적 자원과 기업의 성과와의 관계를 분석하거나 전략적 자원의 분류체계에 기초하여 전략적 자원이 기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 반면, 본 연구는 기존 연구들과 차별화하기 위하여 전략적 자원과 성과측정치의 상호작용이 기업성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 종업원 정서, 인적관리수준, 신제품개발수준 등은 기업의 성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향이 있음을 나타내 인적자원과 구조적 자본에 대한 투자가 기업의 성과를 증가시킬 수 있으며, 전략적자원으로서의 중요성이 커지고 있다는 선행연구를 뒷받침하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 성과측정치에 대한 영향검증에서는 인적 자본의 인적관리수준과 구조적자본의 조직관리수준이 재무적측정치, 종업원측정치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직관리수준과 물질자본은 생산성측정치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 전략적 자원과 상과측정치의 상호작용이 부분적으로 검증되었으나 일부변수에서는 오히려 기업성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나거나 상호작용이 검증되지 않는 변수들도 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 전략적 자원의 중요성이 강조되고 있지만 아직 이에 대한 성과측정시스템이 구축되지 않았거나 조직구성원의 업무와 관련된 스킬이나 능력 등 과 같은 인적 자본의 경우 성과측정치 설계시에 그 중요성을 측정하기 어렵기 때문에 이러한 결과가 나타난 것으로 생각된다.
Abstract
This research investigates whether there is a significant association between the importance of strategic resources and firm's performance, and also, whether performance measures and strategic resources are associated positively. Furthermore, this study investigates the impact of the interactions of strategic resources and performance measures on firm's performance. The results of this study are as follows. Using survey data from 65 companies, first, the empirical results show that variables(strategic resources, performance measures) have significant positive relationship. And I found that performance measures and strategic resources have an effect on the firm's performance in partially. Next, This study show that there are partially significant positive Interactions of Strategic Resources and Performance Measures effect on Firm's Performance.
