사회적 네트워크 관련 HRD 및 평생교육 연구동향 : 개념연결망 분석을 활용하여
The Research Trends in the Field of HRD and Lifelong Education Related with Social Networks : Based on Conceptual Network Analysis

최근 사회적 네트워크에 대한 관심이 커지면서 HRD 및 평생교육 분야에서도 이에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회적 네트워크와 관련된 국내외 학술지 게재논문을 수집하여 관련 연구동향을 분석함으로써 HRD 및 평생교육과 관련된 연구의 방향을 제시하기 위한 논의의 근거를 제공하는 것을 연구목적으로 설정하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내외 유관 학술지(6개)에서 최근 10년 동안 다룬 학술논문 중 사회적 네트워크와 관련된 논문 32편, 3개의 국내외 학술DB를 활용하여 검색한 학술논문 59편, 총 91편의 논문을 대상으로 개념연결망 분석을 실시하였다. 학술논문의 제목에 담겨있는 주요 주제를 결점으로 활용하여 공동 참여 네트워크 행렬을 구성하였고, 전체 개념연결망 분석, 중앙성 분석, 커뮤니티 분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 분석결과에 따르면, 사회적 네트워크와 같이 광의의 의미를 가지는 주제에 대한 연구가 다수 이루어지고 있으며, 학습네트워크와 같이 HRD 및 평생교육 분야에 적합화되어 연구가 발전하는 것으로 파악되었다. 그 외에도 지역네트워크, 온라인, 교육복지네트워크 등이 중요 커뮤니티를 구성하는 요소로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 논의와 제언을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends related with social network in the field of HRD(Human Resource Development) and lifelong education and suggest academic directions for that. For the purpose, articles were collected from 12 journals(ex: Adult Education Quarterly, Human Resource Development Quarterly, The Korean Journal of HRD research) and from 3 academic DBs(ex: EBSCO). And 91 articles which were related with social network, HRD, and lifelong education were analyzed. Especially we used concept networks analysis which was utilized for analyzing qualitative data(titles of articles) in the area of social networks analysis by UNICET 6.0. The analyses of data showed that followings: 1) Social network was more closely connected with learning network, local network, and university than other nods. 2) There were 17 communities and which were about learning network, local network, on-line, education-welfare network and so on. Based on these results, suggestions and limitations of this study were discussed.
