창업보육 서비스센터의 혁신적 접근 - 경남 창업보육 서비스를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the best practice on business incubating service for new start-up small business based on techniques. Business incubating center in Kyungnam University has proposed the integrated commercial success model in 2009. Any firms in this BI can evaluate their commercial success index quarterly if they want. As core success factors of new start-up business can vary depending on which growing level they are in it, commercial success level must be recognized before entering into the BI. Though this paper has limitation of small start-up business and venture firms, it has managerial contribution of identifying KPI of commercialization according to years of operations.
