국내 스포츠 벤처창업기업의 사례연구

Case Study of a Sport Venture Company in Korea

초록

The purpose of this study was to provide case study of a sport venture company in Korea. 10 subjects were selected with purposive sampling in this study. Those were a CEO, a president, vice presidents, director, team managers, and assistant managers and in-depth interviews were conducted. Research method were executed by business plan forms, meeting record papers, literature review for the starting business. Sport academy, sport marketing & consulting, sport management, and sport portal. were main business in the company. Total of 100 times in-depth interviews and meetings were held and those were taken average 60 minutes. The results showed that the company success was partially achieved with combination of technology (business items), man power, investment, and environmental factors. In the technology perspectives, the company had competitive business items in sport academy, sport marketing & consulting, sport management, and sport portal. In the man power perspectives, utilization of internship, visiting marketers, and university students for field research credits were effective strategies for the company. In the investment perspectives, company received national research funds, university research funds, investment fund from company employers and employees, loan guarantee by the Technology Guarantee Fund Company. In the environmental perspectives, government policy were supported for sport industry activation.
