Fourth, use Fai Trade Commission’s licensing system actively. These are key factors. Regulations of Fair Trade Law doesn’t always provide burden necessarily. Rather, this law can be applied to business actively. In other words, monopoly regulations or unfair trade actions regulations, etc. can be helpful for those concerned in sports under the circumstance that they are in weak position in the trade with big companies. That is, if Fair Trade Law is used well, one may get out of difficult situations by strong force tyranny and show their abilities transparently and fairly.
