Legislation tendency of Intellectual Property Law in China

Since joining the World Trade Organization(WTO) in 2001, China has experienced considerable changes in its intellectual property laws. Recognizing the increasing importance of intellectual property laws as a key infrastructure for economic development, and the potential disputes concerning the intellectual property rights, we examine the developments in China's IP legislations and related regulations. In addition, we analyze the recent discussions on China's IP rules with a view to exploring policy recommendations.
