The Effect of Business Ethics Management, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Customer Orientation : On the Hotel Restaurants

The purpose of this research was to test a model of business ethics management in family style restaurant industry. Based on literature review,it was theorized that job satisfaction, commitment and customer orientation are key causal determinants of business ethics management in a five star deluxe hotel restaurant. Based on theoretical backgrounds, 6 hypotheses were derived, a multiple regression model and structural model was proposed. The multiple regression model and structural model was tested using the empirical data collected from 200 five star deluxe hotel restaurants employees in Seoul. All 6 hypotheses were supported, and based on the data analysis results theoretical/managerial implications were discussed.
