부동산정책의 유형화와 정책 우선순위에 관한 연구

This study investigates government intervention in the housing market. It empirically analyzes policy measures for stabilizing housing prices as well as some various other important policy measures. To this end, a variety of scholars have reviewed the classification of housing policy into supply policies, demand policies, and regulatory policies along with a variety of policy measures. In particular, a comparison was made where the government responded to the environment of an unstable housing market and adopts various important policy measures that place a priority according to the AHP model based on the importance of interim stages. The analysis of housing policy-supply, demand, and regulatory policy-showed that when the policies were differentiated according to priority, supply policy was given a high priority. The results of the analysis were positive for most government support for supply policies while directly controlled demand policies were seen to be negative. A high priority was placed on supplying rental housing compared to other policies when supplying for sale and supplying for rent were considered. The dominant opinion was that priority should be placed on funding support for people to live in homes.
