본 연구는 제조기업들을 대상으로 공급기업과 제조기업의 협력관행에 영향을 주는 요인 간의 관계에 대해서 실증적으로 분석을 하였다. 본 연구는 기업이 중점을 둬야 할 공급기업과 제조기업의 협력관행의 영향요인을 재조명함으로써 공급기업과 제조기업의 협력전략 수립에 도움을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산업환경이 공급기업과 제조기업의 협력관행에 어떠한 영향을 주는 지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 외부환경은 협력관행인 정보공유, 기술협력, 신뢰성, 거래관행 요인에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 내부환경은 공급자와 제조업기업의 협력관행 요인인 정보공유, 기술협력, 신뢰성에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었지만, 거래관행에는 영향을 주지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 공급기업과 제조기업의 협력관행과 성과와의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 분석결과, 공급기업과 제조기업의 협력관행 요인인 정보공유는 재무성과와 비 재무성과에 영향을 미치고 있고, 기술협력은 재무성과와 비 재무성과에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석 되었다. 또한 신뢰성은 재무성과에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었지만, 비 재무성과에 영향을 미치고 있지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 거래관행은 재무성과와 비 재무성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
An empirical analysis was carried out in this paper to explore the factors influencing practices of cooperation between supplying and manufacturing companies from the prospective manufacturing companies. Such study as this is suggested to help supplying and manufacturing companies establish strategies for cooperation by highlighting the factors affecting practices of cooperation between suppliers and manufacturers. The outcomes of the analysis could be summed up as follows:First, the analysis of the effect of industrial environment on the practices of cooperation between supplying and manufacturing companies showed that the external environment exerts influence upon practices of cooperation such as information sharing, technical cooperation, reliability and transactional practices. Whereas, the internal environment turned out to affect such factors of cooperation between suppliers and manufacturers as information sharing, technical cooperation and reliability but not to affect transactional practices. Second, from the analysis of the relationship between cooperation practices of suppliers and manufacturers and business performances, it was found that information sharing and technical cooperation, factors of cooperation practices between supplying and manufacturing companies, had influence upon their financial and non-financial performances while reliability exercised impact upon financial performance but no impact upon non-financial performance. Transactional practices, however, were found to have influence upon both financial and non-financial performances.
