인적자원 관련 지출이 병원의료수익에 미치는 영향

초록
본 연구는 국립대학교병원을 중심으로 조직의 인적자원 관련 지출이 병원의 의료수익에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하여 병원경영자와 관리자가 병원경영을 하는데 있어서 보다 근거 있는 증거를 제시하여 효율적인 병원경영에 일조를 하는데 있다. 분석결과, 첫째 병원의 인적자원 관련 지출은 병원의 의료수익에 긍정적인 결과를 미치는 것으로 나타나 인적자원에 대한 투입이 증가할수록 병원의 경영성과인 매출액(병원의료수익)도 증가하는 것으로 제시되었다. 둘째 <인건비집약도가 높을수록 병원의 의료수익은 높아질 것이다>는 통계적 수준 1%에서 유의적인 양(+)의 값을 보여 인건비집약도가 병원의 의료수익에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 <교육복리집약도가 높을수록 병원의 의료수익은 높아질 것이다>는 전체 분석기간에서는 통계적 수준 1%에서 유의적인 양(+)의 값을 보여 병원의 의료수익에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 연도별 분석에서는 2009년과 2010년의 2개 연도가 통계적 수준에서 비유의적인 양(+)의 결과를 보여 일관되게 병원의 의료수익에 영향을 미친다고 제시하기에는 약간 미흡한 결과를 보여주었다. 본 연구는 설문지가 아닌 병원의 재무제표를 이용하여 병원의 인적자원 관련 지출이 병원의 의료수익에 미치는 요인에 대한 분석을 시도한 논문이라는 점과 분석결과 기존의 비용으로 인식되어온 인건비, 교육연구비, 복리후생비 등의 인적관련 지출이 병원의 의료수익에 긍정적인 결과를 미친다는 것을 제시함으로써 병원의 경영자와 관리자로 하여금 동 분야에 대한 지출이 인적자원의 역량을 향상시킨다는 것을 인식할 수 있도록 하는 근거를 마련하였다는데 있다고 할 수 있다.
Abstract
This research analyzes that the expenditure related to human resources, have effect on management performance in hospital organization and purpose to help the effective management for hospital manager. The meaningful results of this study as follow. First of all, It presents that have the positive results between human resources expenditure and hospital medical profit in hospital organization. Secondly, the variable on personnel expenditure shows to have positive influence in hospital medical profit. and in case of the variable on education and benefits It indicates the positive results of management performance. but is not a consistent pattern. This study makes contribution in that respect analysis to try using financial statements in the relation of the between human resources and management performance in hospital organization and to provide reasonable evidence that human expenditures have positive results in hospital management performance.
