The Influences of Housing Selection Attributes upon the Housing Value and Repurchase Intention

This study examines the influences of attributes in housing selection upon the housing value, housing satisfaction, and repurchase intention. In order to achieve the aims of the study, a survey on 166 people living in Busan and Gyeongnam areas was carried out and the questionnaire was processed using SPSS 19.0 for reliability and validity check. LISREL(8.5) analysis by means of the covariance matrix was also done in order to verify the structure model suggested in this study. The study results are as follows. First, customer service quality was not found to give positive impact on the housing value. Second, the price of apartment housing was found to have statistically positive impact. Third, the reputation of apartments was found to have statistically positive impact. Fourth, the housing value was found to have statistically positive impact on the repurchase intention. Based on the study results, the researcher gives suggestions and limitations of the study as well as the direction of further study in the future.
