2009년과 2010년 상반기의 대기환경분야의 최근동향과 쟁점

Air pollution comes from many different sources and air pollution causes adverse health effects including impaired pulmonary and cardiac function. To prevent air pollution which causes harm to people and the environment and, manage and preserve the atmospheric environment there are Clean Air Act and Clean Air Act for Seoul metropolitan area in Korea. In 2009 to 2010, there are several bills to change some provision of the acts which were related to regulate emission gas from vehicle and rule reformation. However, to reduce green house gases become one of most important area of environmental law. therefore, Low carbon green growth Act was enacted. This study focus on recent law and rule changes related ambient air quality and suggest that green house gases are air pollutants which should be regulated by various environmental policy tool such as command and control as well as economic incentives.
