한국에서의 환경책임 입법방안에 관한 법적 검토

This paper was studied about the possibility of the introduction of the environmental liability law in korea. In the world, the problem of environment is recognized as the most serious problem by our human beings, with the increase of population and the drain of resources. It is difficult to confirm So there should be the introduction environmental impairment liability law. This paper was dealt with the environmental liability law and its components and functions, nature of liability,cause-and-effect relationship, etc. Also the environmental liability is required to prepare the environmental insurance, to prevent the environmental pollution problem in advance, and to restore and compensate the possible damage from pollution. we should take notice of being possible of environment management through insurance.
