The Influence of Social Responsibility Activities on Public Relationships and Custom Satisfaction of Taekwondo School

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of social responsibility activities on public relationships and custom satisfaction of Taekwondo school. Questionnaires containing 69 statements are proved valid by a total of 241 users. Factor analysis and Cronbach’s α is used to test the validity and reliability of each variables. Correlation analysis and path analysis is used to analyze on causal relationship of each variables. The statistical methods as above mentioned were applied by employing the SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 version for the statistical analysis. For all analysis an alpha level of .05 were used for the research questions. The results of this study are as follows;First, social responsibility activities significantly influenced public relationships. Second, social responsibility activities has not influenced on public relationships custom satisfaction. Third, public relationships has significantly influenced on custom satisfaction and as a result of structure equation model, social responsibility activities has indirect influence on custom satisfaction through its direct effects on public relationships.
