초록
기존의 ERP 도입성과와 관련된 연구는 주로 ERP 도입과 성공요인, 시스템 성과와 경영성과에 관한 연구가 대부분이었고, ERP 도입전 ERP 도입전략과 이용자들의 흡수역량이 ERP 도입후 기업의 내부성과와 이용자들의 ERP 확장의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구는 미미한 상태이다. 본 연구의 목적은 ERP 도입이라는 새로운 기업경영정보시스템 도입이라는 환경변화에 대처하기 위하여, ERP를 도입하여 활용하고 있는 기업의 ERP 도입전략과 이용자들의 흡수역량이 ERP 내부성과와 확장의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, ERP 도입전략 (도입접근방법, 도입형태)에 따라 ERP 내부성과는 어떠한 유의한 차이도 나타나지 않았으며, ERP 도입후 ERP를 활용하여 업무를 수행하는 최종 이용자들의 ERP 수용에 대한 흡수역량(지식의 내재화, 지식활용능력)은 ERP 내부성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 ERP 도입·활용 후 나타나는 조직의 내부성과는 이용자들로 하여금 ERP 확장의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study examines the effects of ERP implementation strategies and user’s absorptive capacity on the inner performance and extension intention. For this purpose, all of variables are chosen from the existing study to use questionnaire. Empirical results are as follows ;First, there are no differences between ERP inner performances by implementation strategies of ERP. Second, the user’s absorptive capacity influence inner performance of ERP. Finally, inner performance of ERP influence extension intention.
