국내관광지의 접근가능성이 관광지 방문행동연기 및 국외관광 대체의사에 미치는 영향연구
A Study on the Domestic Destination Accessibility that Affecting Travel Postponement Behavior and Alternative Choice Behavior for Overseas Travel

본 연구의 목적은 국내관광지에 대한 접근가능성이 방문행동 및 국외관광과의 비교선택과정에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 접근가능성과 대체의사에 대한 개념적 정의를 제시하고, 연령대별 할당표본추출법을 적용하여 415명의 표본을 구성하였다. 이들의 영향관계를 파악하기 위한 주요 분석방법은 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석과 다중 회귀분석이 적용되었다. 분석결과, 국내관광지에 대한 접근가능성 중 경제적(Wald=10.44, p<.01), 지리적 (Wald=4.25, p<.05) 접근가능성은 국내관광지 방문행동 실현에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었다. 그러나 국내관광지에 대해 인식하는 경제적(t=7.142, p<.001), 지리적(t=5.793, p<.001), 심리적(t=5.137, p<.001) 접근가능성은 국내외 관광의 비교선택 상황에서 국외관광을 선택하게 하는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 검정되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 종합해보면, 국내관광지에 대한 높은 접근가능성은 국내관광지의 방문 의사결정 및 방문행동을 실현시키는 촉진요인으로 작용하나, 이와 반대로 국내관광과 국외관광 중 하나의 관광목적지를 선택해야할 경우에는 국내관광에는 제약요인으로, 국외관광에는 촉진요인으로 작용하는 것으로 검정되었다. 이번 연구는 그동안 인지되어왔던 접근가능성의 긍정적인 기능과 역할을 확인함과 동시에, 그 이면의 영향력과 상대성을 발견하고 실무적 활용방향을 제시한 점은 연구의 성과로 사료된다.
Abstract
This study investigate the domestic destination accessibility that affecting travel postponement behavior and alternative choice behavior for overseas travel. From the literature review, the concepts of destination accessibility were defined with three different dimensions: emotional, economical, and geographical accessibility. And also, travel postponement behavior was defined as the postpone travel experiences when respondents have choice to travel. The on-site survey using by allocation survey method based on age group collected 415 useful sample and analyzed in SPSS. Logistic and multiple regression were applied for achieving the objective of the study. The results concluded that economical(t=7.142, p<.001), emotional(t=5.793, p<.001), and geographical accessibility(t=5.137, p<.001) influence travel postponement behavior and alternative choice behavior for overseas travel. In the conclusion, the theoretical and practical implications were discussed.
