A Effect of Food Franchiser's Control to Relational Commitment and Recontract Intention

초록

n this study, by controlling factors to find out the relationship between relationship commitment and Investigated relationship of relational commitment and recontract intention. Reliability and validity of the sample in order to determine the reliability analysis and factor analysis showed that control, and relationship commitment, recontract intention of the confidence level of 0.7 or even a general's showing was not a problem with reliability. In addition, the results of factor analysis in the control variables were categorized into four factors, the relational commitment and recontract intention have all been classified as one factor. Taken together, the perspective of long-term study suggested that positive emotions can lead to the provision of family-like relationship commitment in the future positive influences. Terms and conditions of the proposed approach through a formal negative impact on relationship commitment can be seen. Intimate than the relationship between corporate and franchisees strive to maintain that the future can bring a new contract can be seen.
