국내 프랜차이즈사업의 갈등과 분쟁해결에 관한 연구

Until now, there are only a few studies covering customer satisfaction or some abstract guidelines for management. That is to say it is hard to find out any empirical study of the function of the headquarters, which is to help the communication with their affiliates or to settle the conflicts between them, while expectation of the industry is getting higher. On this research, it is shown that the way developing new affiliates influences on settling various conflicts in the franchise industry. Furthermore, the strategy to remedy the system of domestic franchise headquarters will be presented based on the first thesis. For this empirical study, a survey was conducted targeting 117 enterprises taking the franchise system and taken reliability analysis. Multiple regression analysis was taken after that to explain the relationship between the function of the headquarters of franchise enterprises to develop affiliates and the factors to solve the conflicts. As a result, as a communication to recruit new affiliates, the way to recruit affiliates, to consult affiliates, to evaluate the owner of the affiliated store, and making a contract were selected. Besides,the presentations of sales expectation and profits and losses, the research of location and commercial sphere, and involvement of real estate were found out. In conclusion, headquarter is essential to settle the conflicts between the management of franchise enterprise and pre-founders. In addition, the direction to redistribute the sources by nurturing human resources was presented.
