성공적인 자기경영을 위한 언어에 관한 성경적 연구

초록
자기경영 또는 자기관리에서 마음과 생각 등과 같이 말은 매우 중요한 요소이다. 자기 경영에 관한 명언으로 에픽테토스는 “먼저 자기 자신에게 무엇이 되고자 하는지 말하라. 그러고 나서 해야 할 일을 실행에 옮겨라.”라고 말하고 있다. 노먼 빈센트 필은 “어깨를 젖히고 가슴으로 노래를 하고 눈을 빛내고 정신을 고양시키고 위를 보고 자신에게 말하라. 불가능은 없다!”라고 말하고 있다. 또한 브라이언 트레이시는 “감사하는 태도를 발전시켜 당신에게 일어나는 모든 것에 감사하라. 전진을 위한 단계 하나하나가 지금 상황보다 더 크고 더 나은 무언가를 성취하기 위한 과정이다.”라고 주장하고 있다. 따라서 자기경영이나 자기관리를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 내면적으로 필요한 마음과 생각을 잘 관리하고 다음으로 말을 잘 관리하고 말을 해야만 한다. 성경에서 우리는 말이 생각과 마음에서 나오는 것을 알 수 있다. 이는 마태복음 15장 18절 말씀에서 잘 알 수 있다. “입에서 나오는 것들은 마음에서 나오나니 이것이야말로 사람을 더럽게 하느니라(마태복음 15:18). 욥기에서 욥을 통하여서도 잘 알 수 있다. “내가 두려워하는 그것이 내게 임하고 내가 무서워하는 그것이 내 몸에 미쳤구나 나에게는 평온도 없고 안일도 없고 휴식도 없고 다만 불안만이 있구나.”(욥 3:25~ 26) 성공적인 자기경영이나 자기관리를 위해서 마음과 생각뿐만이 아니라 말도 아주 중요한 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 성공적인 자기경영나 자기관리를 위한 말에 관하여 성격적으로 고찰하고 성공적인 자기경영을 위한 말에 대한 것을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
This article investigates the biblical words for self-management. Self-management means different things in different fields:In business, education, and psychology, self-management refers to methods, skills, and strategies by which individuals can effectively direct their own activities toward the achievement of objectives, and includes goal setting, decision making, focusing, planning, scheduling, task tracking, self-evaluation, self-intervention, self-development, etc. Also known as executive processes (in the context of the processes of execution) by Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Epictetus said, “First say to yourself what you would be, then do what you have to do.", Norman Vincent Peale said, “Throw back the shoulders, let the heart sing, let the eyes flash, let the mind be lifted up, look upward and say to yourself." and Brian Tracy said, “Develop an attitude of gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger and better than you current situation." Bible saids, “So tell them, `As surely as I live, declares the LORD, I will do to you the very things I heard you say.”(Numbers 14:28). And Bible saids, What I feared has come upon me; what I dreaded has happened to me. I have no peace, no quietness; I have no rest, but only turmoil."(Job 3-25-26). So the study suggests ways of the biblical words to grow rich and happy life toward life with wealth.
