입학사정관전형 평가준거와 최종평가와의 관계-G대학 사례를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to analysis whether admission officer evaluates applicants along dimensions of assessment or not. Admission officer should evaluate various potential ability of applicants. However, some critique of admission matters is that admission officers have often overstressed on academic qualifications, rather than other dimensions in admission assessment. This study is a case study of a university in seoul, Korea. This university makes decision for admission by five dimensions of assessment. Subject of this study is applicants(n=7,579) who apply a assessment by admission officer. This study explore the relationship between overall rating and each rating of dimensions of assessment. The results show significant positive correlation and the effect between each rating of dimensions and overall rating, and that admission officer evaluates after due consideration dimensions of assessment. This results suggest that dimensions of assessment need to develop for admission officer system.
