중국 비관세장벽에 대한 한국의 대응방안에 관한 연구

According to the trend of new trade liberalization, tariff barriers have been lowered, but developed countries have been running trade controls as a positive non-tariff barrier to enforce their own trade protection. China joins also in this wave of trade liberalization. After China joined the WTO in Dec. 10, 2001,China has been continuously improving laws and customs to show the appearance as a country of free trade and fair trade befitting its status as the world trade master through the significant improvement of trade․investment related laws and their systems in the 21st century. However, despite the substantial increase in trade volume, yet most of the foreign companies entering the Chinese market are still appealing to the many difficulties. Tariff barriers as tariff cuts in general were greatly relieved, but still remain in various non-tariff barriers that are clearly difficult to express. In the Chinese market, high technical barriers developed in the United States is very high, barriers of trade customs such as Japan's distribution network is also very high. And institutional barriers resulting from low transparency and predictability of government policy are also high. The purpose of this study aims to analyze Korea’s countermeasures against non-tariff barriers in China.
