초록
오늘날 인터넷의 발달, 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 등장, 모바일 기기의 보급 등으로 정보의 양이 폭발적으로 증가하면서 특허정보, 표준문서, 실험자료 등의 기술정보 영역에도 빅 데이터의 시대가 도래하였다. 방대한 양의 기술정보 데이터베이스는 기술 트렌드 파악, 기술 기획, 기술 개발 등의 다양한 활동에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 특히, 기술기획 및 개발에서는 한정된 자원으로 인하여 기술개발에 대한 우선순위 선정이 필요하나, 유용한 기술정보가 풍족하게 축적되어 있음에도 불구하고, 이들을 효과적으로 활용하지 못하고 있다. 또한 기존의 기술파급분석 방법론들은 데이터의 분석에 의한 방법보다는 전문가의 지식에 의한 주관적 판단에 대부분 의존하였다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 DEMATEL 기법을 활용하여 특허인용 정보를 분석함으로써 기술의 파급력을 계량적으로 분석하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 제안하는 방법론은 특허 데이터를 활용한 DEMATEL 기법을 통해 기술간의 인과관계와 기술적 영향력을 분석할 수 있도록 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법론을 통하여 분석하고자 하는 기술들의 인과구조와 영향력을 계량화하여 볼 수 있으며, 기술개발의 우선순위를 정함에 있어 하나의 지표로서 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
Recently, as the Internet, SNS, and mobile devices have been rapidly spread to the economy and voluminous information has been produced, the era of Big Data appeared in the area of technology information such as patent information, standard documents and experimental data. A large scale of technological information database can play a critical role in conducting various activities grasping technological trends, planning and developing promising technology. In particular, although the prioritization of technological opportunities is necessary due to limited resources, the information has not been effectively utilized. Moreover, traditional approaches to analyzing technology spillover generally depend on domain experts and intuitive analysis instead of quantitative analysis. As a remedy, this paper proposes a method that derives technology spillover from patent citation database using DEMATEL method. A causal relationship among technologies and leverage of each technology can be derived through the proposed methodology. This approach will be able to contribute to exploring promising, influential technology.
