이른바 ‘무변촌’의 해소와 소규모 간이법원에 관한 서설적 연구

In this present point of time when there are over 10,000 lawyers, this study considered how to design alternatives microscopically as a solution of so-called ‘no legal service town’ that still exists and, furthermore, in the context of macroscope, also considered the possibility of small-sized simple court with regard to the structural change of court 1st judgement exploratorily in theoretical and conceptual dimension. In the aspect that the discussion background of ‘no legal service town’ solution started from the worry about how to evenly provide universal legal service promptly and simply for all the people wherever they live, it is necessary to review the possibility of small-sized simple court in the ideological side. Microscopically, it is necessary to extend legal consulting and aid through the branch office where Korea Legal Aid Corporation established for the resident of ‘no legal service town’. It is necessary for law school graduates to have the conditions to be able to get local attention, and for law school to support by establishing public legal clinic at each field and it is also necessary to extend legal service by reminding students of the necessity of new legal service. There are some limitation in attracting lawyers through incentive at no legal service town, and there are some aspect that judicial scrivener law-suit agent of small amount case doesn't meet law school inducing judicial policy.
