사이버대학생의 학업소진, 학과환경특성이 학교생활만족도와 학업지속의향에 미치는 영향 - A 사이버대학교 호텔관광외식경영학과를 중심으로

Regardless of the rapid growing number of cyber universities, there is few research took place for the subject, especially for students of hospitality and tourism management majored in cyber university. This study aims to identify the effects of academic burnout and environmental characteristics of department to learning persistence and academic achievement. 310 survey questionnaire were distributed and 287 out of 297 survey results were used for analysis. To analyze the results, frequency test, factor analysis, reliability test, correlation test and multiple regression test were executed. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that academic burnout negatively impacts academic satisfaction level and environmental characteristics of department, vision of major, interaction positively imapcts academic satisfaction level. The second, academic burnout negatively affects learning persistence and environmental characteristics of department, vision of major positively affects learning persistence.
