The Study of Corporate Entrepreneurship and Managerial Performance of Foodservice Franchise Company-Focusing on Analysing Mediating Effects of Trust in Headquarter

This study set entrepreneurship in foodservice franchise business as a independent variable, managerial performance as a dependant variable and head-office trust as a mediating variable to analyze its structural relationship. The results of the analysis and the suggestions therefore can be summed up as follows; First, Corporate entrepreneurship has a positive influence on trust in headquarter. Secondly, this study found out that trust in headquarter has positive influences on managerial performance. Thirdly, corporate entrepreneurship had a significant effect on managerial performance directly. Finally, corporate entrepreneurship and managerial performance is mediated by trust in headquarter. In addition, it appeared that the corporate entrepreneurship likely to have significant direct effect on managerial performance no via trust in headquarter as a mediating effect. That means corporate entrepreneurship influenced managerial performance either ways of both directly and via mediating effect. Therefore, this study found out the partial mediating effect of trust in headquarter. The result showed trust in headquarter as a partial mediating effect. Also, it is shown in this study, trust is related in long-term corporate relationship and positive economical performance.
