신자유주의적 세계화 시대 인권과 민주주의 교육의 변환과 적용

As the globalization is deepened, It is said that human rights and democracy becomes weak. The reason of these phenomena is that globalization is realized on the logic of neo-liberalism. In the world restructured on the logic of neo-liberalism, Public spheres are reduced and private spheres are increased. And then, The markets becomes integrated in global level. And the freedoms related to economic activities are strengthened. On the contrary, The social and economic & cultural rights becomes weak. In order to confront these problems, The transformation of human rights and democracy education is requested. First, The human rights and democracy education must be applied to multiple areas. that is,national & international area and identity area. Second, The human rights and democracy education must accept various identities, such as denizen, national citizen, peoples, multi-cultural being. Third, The human rights education must consider new subordinations and lacks of freedom, that is, economic subordination and lack of freedom in economic life. Forth, In global and multi-cultural conditions, The multiple self's competence to put deliberative democracy into practice is requested.
