섬유패션 CAD 프로그램용 텍스쳐 및 문양 디자인 리소스 개발에 관한 연구 -TexPro 디자인 시스템 활용을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is primarily to develop various resources for textile design for users to make easily their design results. For this, natural elements and artificial ones are separately studied in terms of texture design for the development of texture and pattern design resources. And for the pattern design, the four concepts of Floral, Geometry, Conversational and Convergence are classified and developed. All designs are made for side repeat and design resources developed by the study are stored in the form of library to apply to the existing CAD system of Texpro, which ultimately makes designers use related technologies and library library without difficulties. By doing this, it aims to easily classify, store, search and secure design for maximizing its practical use. In terms of technology, especially bit map motif design resource and vector motif design one are developed together for the possible development of high quality design. From the commercial and economic aspect, it would also be expected that free distribution of the developed motif and pattern library will help companies to save their costs. This would be helpful for small and mid-sized textile companies which seem to have relatively poor design planning to create high-value added design and acquire global competitive edge and enhance their sales. Besides, it is also expected that the result of this study could be used for design development by textile fashion design makers and relevant academy.
