주얼리산업에서의 경쟁력향상을 위한 디자인 DB에 관한 연구

Most of products in the world are now manufactured by automatic system while precision components and high tech fields in developed countries are even strengthening its automation by adopting intelligent system. However, jewelery industry produces products still by hand made technic or adopting a machine for only some part of production process while their products are highly priced ones, and nearly none of them utilize the computer program for production. In order to realize the automation in jewelry industry, intelligent system using machines for the whole process of design, mockup production and final assembly stage should be realized first. Also we may solve the measuring problem of high tolerance and low credibility for design source input by using the solid scanner, an IT equipment and through which we can input and indicate detailed part more easily and faster. Consequently, quantification of design and its data could be obtained by converging IT equipment in design stage and further, high quality precise mass production system shall be established by realizing process automation and intelligent system in which a program is applied..
